Your home is a chemical soup. Open your windows every day - the air inside is more toxic than outside — even in urban areas.

There are 80,000 chemicals in items you’re exposed to on a daily basis. So far, chemical contaminants have been linked to 180 diseases. www.healthandenvironment.org www.ewg.org

Paints, cleaning products, dry cleaning, mold, perfumes, air fresheners, carpets, couches, personal care products, cabinets, flooring, mattresses, electronics, even the dust in our homes is full of synthetic chemicals. They leach, migrate, or off-gas and fill the air in your space you breathe which compromises health, and leads to disease.

Making A Healthier Home:

Start by opening your windows every day, dust, sweep, mop frequently + begin swapping chemical-ridden products one by one for chemical-free ones.
