Raise Your Vibration

Raising your vibration isn’t woo woo. The term is connected to the wellness world and it is rooted in physics: All things are made of matter, all matter is energy as matter is made up of atoms - which are made of protons, electrons, and neutrons. Atoms are constantly moving spinning electric vibrational energy known as an electromagnetic field (Albert Einstein). Therefore all things possess energy. We are vibrational beings comprised of energy, and have an energy field. Just as we give off energy and can influence the energy in a room having a profound impact on someone else, this is also true of all things. “Things” can also bring and shift energy in a room - because all things are made up of energy. Things vibrate at different frequencies. High vibrational energy is energy that is associated with positive emotions like joy, love, gratitude, and peacefulness. Low vibrational energy is associated with negative emotions such as fear, anger, grief, shame, guilt, and suffering. We have control in shifting low vibrational energy to high vibrational energy:

  1. Move your body

  2. Express gratitude

  3. Random acts of kindness

  4. Eat more plants + buy a plant

  5. Get outside in nature

  6. Meditate

  7. Let your creative juices flow

  8. Notice beauty around you

  9. Music

  10. Practise self-care

  11. Rid toxins: on your plate, in your home, in your social circles

When you’re in a state of high vibrational energy you’re more receptive to synchronicities and serendipitous events which will elevate your life. Having said that, you absolutely can create more serendipity in your life! Elevating your life is achieved by elevating your energy! The energy you give off is reflected back to you so raise your vibrations and keep them high. Raising your vibrational energy is achieved by doing anything that makes you feel good.
