Broth Out

I get a natural high from up-leveling my health and beauty habits. I discovered an organic superfoods spicy greens beauty broth (what a mouthful, pun intended) created by Alexandra Baird, Holistic Nutritionist and owner of Ripe Nutrition in Toronto, Ontario. This alkalizing greens broth contains lemongrass, jalapeño, kale, spinach, green onions, celery, zucchini, cilantro, dulse seaweed, peas, leek, watercress, lime, and seasonal organic greens. The nutritional benefits are incredible for your skin, gut health, energy, digestion and immunity - fitting for both a chilly day, and the times we live in. I sip this on its own or add pho noodles, fresh basil, and bean sprouts. It never disappoints, and I feel great supporting a babe and a local small business. Your body loves you - love it back.

Face Time

Since mid March I’ve made some serious upgrades to my skincare regime, and quite frankly our skin needs the extra TLC right now from the daily use of surgical masks. Wash your face morning + night. Use serums, exfoliate and use a mask 3 times a week, finish with a hydrating face oil. I cannot get enough of dermatologist Dr. Barbara Sturm’s skincare line. It’s incredibly beautiful on the skin and it’s results driven. Currently obsessing over the enzyme cleanser, hyaluronic + calming serums, and balancing toner. Just take all of my money. The glow is magical.

Dream Weaver

Get out of your pajamas and spice things up a bit. Pull yourself together in a cozy chic kind of way - it’s an instant mood booster. Head-to-toe big cozy knits with a little jewelry paired with a pump whilst at home is the most idyllic ensemble to make us feel supported both emotionally and physically. All the things we need right now. This is the winter combo to covet. Source consignment shops in your area - support local and be environmentally responsible. Resale not retail.
